Hi Fern and friends, I’m Lisa and I’m very seriously considering adopting a pup from Bichon Lovers.

  • Judy Martin I’ve had one of Fern’s pups for 10 years. You won’t find a better breeder or better pups anywhere. Mine is male (I had hoped for a female but none were available at the time) and he has been a real Momma’s boy! He’s always cuddling with me on the couch and he sleeps on the floor right beside my bed. When I go to another room, he trots along with me. I love him to bits. You won’t be disappointed.

  • Kristin Sinatra While I have not adopted personally, I have followed them for a while and have only seen evidence of a completely legit, ethical, loving and responsible breeder who cares just as much for the pups as the moms. I enjoy seeing all the pictures and hearing all the happy stories that start with their adoptions. Best of luck to you!

  • Judy Martin When I went to meet Fern to pick out a puppy, I remember being blown away at the infection control practices she uses. I remember at the time thinking I had been in a few nursing homes that could take lessons from her!

  • Tracy Middleton Schirru Hi Lisa. My family adopted a boy(ruffy) and a girl(coco) and they are brother and sister. It was a wonderful experience as I was able to meet fern and meet my pups mum and dad. You can see the attention to detail and the loving clean environment in which the pups are raised. I warn you though, I only came to get one!!????????

  • Jenn Covent I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have two of Fern Klapman-Flett‘s pups and they are wonderful. My parents are considering a pup, and you know where I’ll point them. Great facilities, great care, healthy happy pups. Mine are 6.5&11

  • Christine Klaver We also highly recommend Fern. We adopted Ella as a “retired” dog at 6 years old. She is absolutely precious and perfect.

  • Barbara Raggio Hi Lisa, Fern is one of my closest friends. I have been a breeder many years ago, and Fern and I have so much in common about raising the healthest puppies. We are not only friends but also business partners in a health and wellness home based pet business. If I lived in Canada I would have one of her pups for sure!

  • Heather Hutchison David and Fern have lovely dogs with sweet temperaments and very cute faces. We love our Monty who we got from them last year. A perfect little dog!

  • Jennifer Mason I haven’t adopted from Fern but I’ve followed her & her babies for over a year on FB. I’m so impressed with Fern’s attention to detail & love of the breed and her individual dogs. I’ve asked her for advice on food, her opinion on vaccines, & when my sweet Elvis the Bichon was suffering from seizures, Fern was the first person to offer advice & guidance in a loving, nonjudgmental way. On a very personal note, Fern offered prayers when my mom died last year as well as encouragement each time I post a sobriety birthday. ☺We’ve never met in person & may never do so but I count her as a friend and supportive force even though we’re thousands of miles apart. Also…her pups are damn cute!!!!  ☺

  • Janet Sharratt Excellent breeder! I adopted my Timmie who is now three. Just make an appointment to visit Fern and her dogs and you will be very impressed with her nursery and how well she takes care of her dogs. You can’t go wrong adopting from Fern and David – they truly love their dogs and puppies!

He is so sweet and I’m completely in love already. Fern and David’s place was clean, great and all about the dogs. Truly a great breeder. Thank you both for letting me meet Mom and Dad. A great experience.
